प्रणव प्राणायाम कैसे करें, इसके लाभ व सावधानियां

  • प्रणव प्राणायाम करने के लिए सबसे पहले सुखासन, सिद्धासन, पद्मासन, वज्रासन किसी भी आसन में बैठें।
  • आंख को बंद कर लेंगे उसके बाद दोनों के बीच में प्रकाश की एक तरह से कल्पना करें और मन ही मन में एकदम शान्त बैठ कर लंबी साँस लेते हुए ओउम का जाप करना है।
  • इस अवस्था में कम से कम ३-४ मिनट तक रहेंगे और अधिक से अधिक अपने सामर्थ्य के अनुसार कर सकते हैं।

प्रणव प्राणायाम करने से लाभ:

  • शारीरिक, मानसिक और आध्यात्मिक ऊर्जा का अनुभव होगा।
  • यह प्राणायम ध्यान करने के लिए बहुत ही उपयोगी है।
  • पॉझीटीव्ह एनर्जी तैयार करता है।

प्रणव प्राणायाम में सावधानियां:

  • सांस से पीड़ित अथवा फेफड़ो से संबंधित रोगी को यह प्राणायाम डॉक्टर या विशेषज्ञों की सलाह पर किया जाना चाहिए।
