Ustrasana (Camel Pose) is made up of two words. Camel means camel. In this posture, in the state of practice, the physical condition becomes similar to a camel (Camel Pose). Hence its name is Ustrasana asana.
The health benefits of this asana are numerous; Inhale and exhale deeply to gain more from this asana. Ustrasana stretches the entire front of the body, the ankles, thighs and groin. This pose also stretches the abdomen; chest, throat, and the deep hip flexors. Ustrasana strengthens the back muscles, improves posture, and stimulates the organs of the abdomen and neck.
