Just as we work hard to achieve our goal, similarly if we want to make our life effective, then we have to add Pranayam to our life.

While doing pranayama, proper sitting positions are mandatory whereas while doing pranayama, we have to pay attention. While doing pranayama, the upper part of the head should be straight and taut. In addition, the back, neck and head should be in one thing. What is especially known is that we should not feel tension in the shoulder and back muscles. Hands should always be at the knees. This is the important thing while doing Pranayam. Whenever doing pranayama, stay clean and your eyes should be closed.
Pranayama helps in simplifying our lives. We get many benefits by doing pranayama in the morning, so that the child, big and young can enjoy the benefits of this. This asana is so simple that even a person of any age can do this asana. People who have a complaint with their body, they can remove all the complaints through their yoga.
