3. Anil Kumble

Former Indian cricketer Anil Kumble played for 18 consecutive years. He was born on 17 October 1970 in Bangalore, India. He was a super exceptional right-arm spin bowler with a record of 619 wickets and is one of the third-highest wicket-takers in Test matches of all time, behind two super bowlers (Muthiah Muralitharan and Shane Warne). He is one of the highest wicket-taker not only in Test matches but also in ODIs. Was also selected as the Cricketer of the Year in 1993 and Wisden Cricketers of the Year in 1996. In 2005, Kumble was awarded the Padma Shri award.
