Los Angeles Marathon

The Los Angeles Marathon is 26.219 miles (42.195 km). It is an annual running event that has typically been held each spring since 1986 in Los Angeles, California. The marathon was inspired by the success of the 1984 Summer Olympic Games held in Los Angeles. , and has become one of the largest marathons in the country with over 25,000 participants, thousands of volunteers and hundreds of thousands of spectators.
