How to get GROW TALLER after 18 with exercise.....

It is often believed, good nutrition or special exercise can increase your height as an adult. Not necessary! It's about removing the decompression on the vertebrae that develops over time due to gravity and poor posture habits. The height of the human body is influenced by many factors such as environment, hormones, genes and nutrition. Fighting against these influences is hard, but it is not impossible. If you have determination, you can find improvement in your height even in your twenties. Exercise is the best way to increase height fast. Activate the effect by combining exercise with a good intake of protein - can positively add to your height. Below are some of the best exercises to increase height, from which you can know how to increase height.

Forward Bend Exercise:

  • Sit on the floor with legs stretched forward and close together. Now stretch your arms and hold your toes.
  • Bend your head forward to bring it close to knes or thighs. 
  • Try to bend and place your forehead between your legs.
  • Hold the position and sit straight and repeat 5-10 times.

Standing forward Bend:

  • Stand straight with feet close together and bend form your back.
  • Try to place your palms over floor close to your feet bending your back and keeping legs straight.
  • Hold the position. return to starting position and repeat 5-10 times in one session.

Side Stretch:

  • Stand straight with your feet together. Now clasp your hands together stretching over your head.
  • Bend your upper body to the right. Hold the stretch for 20 seconds and get back to the starting position.
  • Repeat the stretch two times and switch sides to do the stretch in the opposite direction.

Horizontal Bar Hang: 

  • While hanging on the bar pull your body up till your chin  touches the bar or is at same level.
  • Go down and repeat 8-10 times in one session. 

Halasana:

  • Lie straight on your back and lift your feet keeping legs straight roll over till your toes touch the floor behind your head.
  • Keep your arms on the floor straight all the time. 
  • Hold this position and return to staring position and repeat.

Super Cobra Stretch:

  • Lie on your stomach and place your plams close to your shoulders. Now press the floor with palms and lift your upper torso arching backwards.
  • Once your body is fully arched tilt your head backwards stretching your neck. 
  • Hold this position and come back to starting position. Repeat 8-10 times. 

Pelvic Shift:

  • Lie straight on the floor and bring your heels close to your buttocks.
  • Now lift your middle part upwards till your entire bodyweight rests on your feet and shoulders. Stay in this poition for a minute and return to starting position.  Repeat again.

Hopping On One Leg:

  • Perform this exercise with hand and leg of alternate sides.
  • Try to touch your knee with your elbow when you perform this exercise.

Downhill:

  • Get down on your palms and feet bending your back forming a reverse V.
  • Hold this position and stand straight. Gradually increase the duration and repetitions.

Dry Swimming:

  • Lift leg and arm of alternate sides and hold this poition for few seconds. Change sides and repeat 10-15 times.
  • Regular swimming works as useful way to improve fitness and also better height in a short time.

Water Swimming:

  • Regular swimming works as useful way to improve fitness and also better height in a short time. 

Jumping And Skipping:

  • Jumping, make sure your both legs leaves the surface at the same time, and land on the surface at the same time.

  • Jogging is one exercise to increase height which you cannot miss. 
  • It helps to develop the bones of the feet naturally and makes them strong. 
  • Jogging is helpful for increasing height, especially when practiced during or just after puberty.
