Mitchell Starc (Aus) finished the 2019 Cricket World Cup competition as the 27th leading wicket-taker.
Lockie Ferguson (NZ) stayed on for 21 wickets, left behind by six wickets by Mitchell Starc, who did manage to at least close the gap somewhat against England in the final.
Jofra Archer (England) tied with Mustafizur Rahman (Bangladesh) to finish his first World Cup in third place with 20 wickets.
Mark Wood (Eng) with 18 wickets and Chris Woakes (Eng) with 16 wickets were the other two players who made it to the top 10 in the Cricket World Cup 2019.
