What is the daily routine of a cricket players?

Cricketers have rigorous training sessions. The time is different for everyone depending on the role (spinner, fast bowler, batsman or keeper).
Work outs and practice sessions are designed by the best physical trainers and coaches, appointed by the BCCI to keep players fit and working on their skills. The bowlers are given a routine to strengthen their lower body while the batsmen are given shoulder and wrist exercises.

How many hours do cricketers practice in a day?

Typically, the total number of hours of practice during the day is about 5. This includes a 2-hour session of work out and fielding and a 3-hour skills practice. Usually, physical exercises for the morning are kept in the morning such as strength training, speed / agility training, endurance training. Means for fitness.
