Asia Cup is one of the popular cricket tournaments in Asia. The first edition of Asia Cup was played in 1984 in UAE. In which India and Sri Lanka faced each other in the final match. The Men in Blue were crowned the first Asia Cup winners. The second edition of Asia Cup was played in 1986, in which the runner-up of the first edition, Sri Lanka, defeated Pakistan to win the cup this time. The 16th edition of Asia Cup was played in 2023 in Pakistan and Sri Lanka. Team India won the Asia Cup 2023 title with 10 wickets and 263 balls remaining.
