Eight-week home workout plan that doesn't require any equipment...
Always start eash workout, with at least a 10 minute cardio warmup of your choice. Always end with at least 5 minutes of stretching. There is a ton of fun mini-challenges or workouts that can be done at home with minimal equipment.
