Always start eash workout, with at least a 10 minute cardio warmup of your choice. Always end with at least 5 minutes of stretching. There is a ton of fun mini-challenges or workouts that can be done at home with minimal equipment.
Here is a fun little workout you can do in addition to my 8 week home workout bundle!

MONDAY:

  • 10 V puch ups
  • 15 left forward lunges
  • 15 right forward lunges
  • 25 jumping jacks
  • 20 Russian twists
  • 60 sec plank
  • 15 calf raises
  • TUESDAY:

  • 30 sec high kness
  • 1minute walk in place
  • 30 sec jog in place
  • 1minute walk in place
  • 30 sec butt kicks
  • 1minute walk in place
  • REPEAT 4x
  • WEDNESDAY:

  • 15 wall puch ups
  • 25 plie squats
  • 25 leg lifts
  • 25 plank jacks
  • 30 sec plank
  • 15 calf raises
  • THURSDAY:

  • 30 sec jumping jacks
  • 1 minute walk in place
  • 30 sec high knees
  • 1 minute walk in place
  • 30 sec butt kicks
  • 1minute walk in place
  • REPEAT 4x
  • FRIDAY:

  • 10 V puch ups
  • 25 plie squats
  • 25 plank jacks
  • 20 Russian twists
  • 60 sec plank
  • 15 calf raises
  • SATURDAY & SUNDAY:

  • REST
