  • Bend your ring finger and little finger towards the palm and join them with the thumb.
  • Apply pressure and hold the position for as long as it is comfortable for you.
  • You should practice this posture daily for 30-45 minutes with 15 minute repetitions.
  • Linga mudra:

    Linga Mudra is the pose of Lord Shiva. Yoga is widely associated with Hinduism. Linga Mudra is an effective posture that serves to direct internal conflicts. Linga Mudra symbolizes the victory of positivity over negativity. Practicing this posture generates heat in the body. This heat activates suppressed metabolism, which stokes the fire of digestion.
