What are the benefits of starting Pranayama at an early age?
Nowadays every human is busy in his life, there is absolutely no time for any human to do any pranayama. But if we start any Pranayama from our early life, it will only benefit us. Pranayama is a good option for overcoming physical disorders. It is a boon of health and the devotee moves on the path of spirituality. Like where is it that it is very easy for young people to teach something, young children can catch anything quickly, but if we teach the same thing to someone older then it is very easy to see it it takes time.
For example- if we want to put any pitcher in shape, then everything is possible only at the time of its construction, but once it is confirmed, then it is not possible to bring it back to its old form. So we should start Pranayama at 10 years, this age will prove to be very effective. No child will take much time to learn and understand anything easy.
