Pranayama is a good option for overcoming physical disorders. It is a boon of health and the devotee moves on the path of spirituality. Like where is it that it is very easy for young people to teach something, young children can catch anything quickly, but if we teach the same thing to someone older then it is very easy to see it it takes time.
