Wasim Akram hit the most sixes in an innings in Test cricket. He hit 12 sixes in his unbeaten innings of 257 against Zimbabwe. It was the only double century of his famous Test career. Apart from Nathan Astle, two other legendary batsmen Matthew Hayden and Brendon McCullum also top the list.
